Return & Refund Policy
At Stickermint.com, every order is custom printed just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, returns are handled a little differently than big-box retailers.
Custom Orders
All custom stickers, labels, and printed products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us.
Since each item is made specifically to your design, we cannot accept returns for:

Design errors approved in proof

Spelling or grammar mistakes

Incorrect size selection
-
Low-resolution artwork submitted by the customer

Color variations within industry tolerance (monitors vs. print may vary)
We strongly recommend reviewing your proof carefully before approval.
If We Made a Mistake
If your order arrives with:

Printing defects
-
Incorrect sizing (different from what was ordered)
-
Material errors
-
Damage during production
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stickermint.com with:

Your order number
-
Clear photos of the issue
-
A brief description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will:

Reprint the order at no cost
or -
Issue a refund (at our discretion)
Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days and include photos of both the product and packaging.
Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the product.
Color & Tolerance Disclaimer
Due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes, slight color variations may occur. Minor shifts in color, trim alignment, or die-cut placement are considered industry standard and not grounds for refund.
