WHAT TYPES OF CUSTOM STICKERS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a wide variety of custom stickers including die-cut stickers, kiss-cut stickers, holographic stickers, clear/transparent stickers, sticker sheets, bumper stickers, and QR code stickers. All stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a waterproof, UV-resistant laminate.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR STICKERS MADE FROM?
Our stickers are printed on high-quality vinyl with a durable laminate coating. They are waterproof, UV-resistant, and scratch-resistant, making them perfect for laptops, water bottles, cars, and outdoor use. Our standard material is white vinyl, and we also offer clear vinyl and holographic vinyl options.
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM STICKER ORDER?
Simply choose the sticker type you want, upload your design or artwork, select your size and quantity, and add to cart. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
No! We have no minimum order quantity. Whether you need 1 sticker or 10,000 stickers, we can handle it. Our pricing is designed to scale with your needs so you always get the best value.
CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY STICKERS ARE PRINTED?
Yes! We provide an instant digital proof when you upload your design. This allows you to see exactly how your sticker will look, including the die-cut shape, size, and colors, before you finalize your order.
WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ARTWORK?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. For the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution PNG or PDF files (at least 300 DPI) with a transparent background for die-cut stickers.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY DESIGN?
While we do not offer full design services, our team can help with minor adjustments such as resizing, background removal, and layout tweaks. For custom design work, we recommend using a design tool like Canva or working with a freelance designer, then uploading your finished artwork to our site.
HOW DURABLE ARE YOUR STICKERS?
Our stickers are built to last. They are waterproof, UV-resistant, dishwasher-safe, and scratch-resistant. They can withstand outdoor conditions including rain, sun exposure, and temperature changes. Most customers report their stickers lasting 3 to 5 years or more without fading or peeling.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days. After shipping, domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. International orders generally arrive within 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to almost all countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipment. All international orders include tracking.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Our warehouse team works quickly and can pack and ship orders within 24 hours, so address changes are not always possible. If you notice an error, please email us immediately at support@stickermint.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to catch your package before it ships.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?
Most orders ship in a single package. However, larger orders may be split into multiple packages that could arrive 1 to 2 business days apart.
Order Issues & Returns
WHAT IF MY STICKERS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
We stand behind every sticker we print. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@stickermint.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
Because all stickers are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns on undamaged products. However, if your stickers do not match your approved proof, arrive damaged, or have a printing defect, we will gladly reprint your order or issue a refund. Our satisfaction guarantee lasts 30 days from delivery.
SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
If any items are missing from your order, please contact us right away at support@stickermint.com with your order number. We will investigate and ship any missing items as quickly as possible.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use the Track My Order link in our main menu. If you have trouble with your tracking number or need help, contact us and we will assist you.
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU RESPOND TO QUESTIONS?
We respond to all messages and emails within 24 hours during business days. We answer inquiries in the order they are received and strive to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
