We offer a wide range of custom stickers including die-cut stickers, kiss-cut stickers, sticker sheets, clear stickers, holographic stickers, and transfer stickers. All stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a durable, waterproof finish.

WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. For the best print quality, we recommend uploading a high-resolution PNG or PDF file at 300 DPI or higher with a transparent background for die-cut stickers.

WHAT IS YOUR INSTANT PROOFING SYSTEM?
When you upload your design, our system generates a free digital proof instantly so you can see exactly how your stickers will look before placing your order. You can adjust the size, shape, and quantity before checkout.

HOW DURABLE ARE YOUR STICKERS?
Our stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a protective laminate that makes them waterproof, UV-resistant, dishwasher-safe, and scratch-resistant. They are built to last 3-5 years outdoors without fading or peeling.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
No! We have no minimum order requirements. You can order as few as 1 sticker or as many as 10,000+. Our pricing scales with quantity, so larger orders get better per-unit pricing.

CAN I ORDER CUSTOM SHAPES AND SIZES?
Absolutely. Our die-cut stickers are cut to the exact shape of your design. You can choose sizes ranging from 1 inch to 10 inches. If you need a custom size outside our standard range, contact us for a custom quote.

DO YOU OFFER QR CODE STICKERS?
Yes! QR code stickers are one of our most popular products. Simply upload your QR code design or provide the URL you want it to link to, and we will create a scannable QR code sticker for your business, events, or marketing campaigns.

CAN I SEE A PHYSICAL SAMPLE BEFORE ORDERING?

DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?
Yes! We offer volume-based pricing on all products. The more you order, the lower the per-unit price. For orders over 1,000 units, contact us for a custom bulk quote with additional savings.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after production. Expedited shipping options (2-day and overnight) are available at checkout for faster delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select countries. Contact us to inquire about shipping to your location.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?
Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it is not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to make a correction before it ships.

Order Issues & Returns

WHAT IF MY STICKERS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your stickers arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will reprint or refund your order at no extra cost.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Because every order is custom printed, we cannot accept returns for buyer remorse. However, if there is a printing error, damage during shipping, or your order does not match your approved proof, we will make it right with a reprint or full refund.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or contacting our support team.

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We typically reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.
